The recommended use rate is 0.02% – 0.10% w/w in a finished food or beverage product with a maximum use rate of 0.10% w/w in the United States. For hard seltzer applications, we recommend a usage rate somewhere between 0.04%-0.06. When doing product development, we are typically using it at 0.05%. This will provide sweet modulation very similar to the other hard seltzers on the market.
